I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the exciting BBQ events that you have so professionally attended at our home. Donovan and I had no idea when we met you last fall at Morton's market that you would change the way we entertain. My Board of Directors were quite impressed and your flexibility to work around our Hawaiian theme last fall was extraordinary. Also, being able to call you and order smoked chickens the way we like them ( low sodium) makes your company a number one choice. Your staff is friendly and you are so personable that I would recommend you and your catering company to anyone. Oh, I forgot to mention the best BBQ sauce that I have ever tasted. It's great on just about anything. Thanks for coming in to our lives Perry.

The BBQ you catered for the 80+ family and friends at our home the night before our son's wedding in May was over-the-top fabulous, thanks to you and your wonderful helpers. The food was awesome and beautifully presented, and your helpers were so gracious and friendly. Just having you there with your big smoker and warm welcoming personality was the icing on the cake.
